AVD.070 is a 7″ programmable CANbus/J1939 HMI operator display for mobile machinery and vehicles. With a 1000-nit IPS TFT panel, tempered glass, 34 mm slim profile and 10 integrated LED buttons, it delivers clear visibility and ergonomic control in field conditions. Dual CAN interfaces integrate with the Avioni ECU and sensor ecosystem for LMI, aerial platforms and custom machine control panels.

Technical Details
AVD.070 is the 7-inch model in the Avioni AVD operator display family. It serves as the operator-machine interface on mobile cranes, aerial work platforms, fire trucks, construction machinery and electric vehicle control panels. Hardware, software and CAN communication developed end-to-end by Avioni enable natural integration with ECUs, sensors and LMI software.
Display and Ergonomics
The 7″ IPS TFT panel offers 800×480 pixel resolution. 1000-nit brightness targets readability in direct sunlight and open-cab conditions. Tempered glass front resists scratches and impact. The 34 mm slim profile suits modern cab designs and limited mounting depth. Ten integrated LED physical buttons provide quick function access even with gloves, creating a hybrid operator experience alongside the touchscreen.
Processing and Programmability
ARM Cortex-A8 processor with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB eMMC flash delivers smooth UI and sufficient application space. The interface is fully programmable for machine-specific screens, alarms, graphics and workflows. Multilingual support (Turkish, English and extensible language packs) adapts to different markets.
CANbus Communication
AVD.070 supports SAE J1939 and CANopen over dual CAN interfaces. It communicates on the same network with Avioni ECUs, sensors (ALX, 3X, PL1000), joysticks and third-party CAN devices. CAN data is displayed live; operator commands and parameter settings are transmitted over CAN.
Event Logging and Peripherals
Built-in event and alarm logger (black-box) records limit exceedances, fault codes and operator actions with date/time stamps. Log data can be exported via USB and SD card. USB and IP camera support enables rear-view and surround monitoring. RS232, RS485 and RS422 serial ports allow external device integration. Printer and scanner support suits field reporting scenarios.

AVD.070 is the operator side of the Avioni control ecosystem. It works with C24/C48/C72 ECUs, LMI software, iLoader weighing systems and Javelin Suite engineering tools. Display software updates, parameter configuration and functional tests can be performed via Javelin Suite.
