JAV90 is the full-size, heavy-duty class joystick in the Avioni operator control family. Beyond the compact fingertip JAV12 and dual-axis hand-grip JAV22, it addresses control needs requiring high force, wide movement range and extended operator use in mobile cranes, excavators, port equipment, large aerial platforms and heavy construction machinery.
Heavy-Duty Mechanical Design
JAV90 provides comfortable, stable control with a full-size hand-grip layout. Robust housing withstands high pull/push forces and repeated heavy-duty cycles. Spring return-to-center ensures safe neutral position when released. It is designed for mounting on operator armrests and console panels.
Multi-Axis Proportional Control
JAV90 offers independent proportional position sensing on X and Y axes. Depending on project requirements, Z-axis (grip rotation) or additional button/switch functions can also be configured. Lever deflection on each axis allows precise, gradual adjustment of hydraulic proportional valves, motor drives or function intensity. Controlling multiple machine functions from a single joystick improves cab ergonomics.
Hall Effect Sensing
Contactless Hall effect sensor technology replaces potentiometers or mechanical contacts. Magnetic position sensing delivers repeatable output over millions of operating cycles with low maintenance. Stable performance under vibration, dust, moisture and wide temperature variation is a critical advantage for heavy-duty field conditions.
Output and Communication Options
JAV90 can be configured for analog voltage output or digital CANbus communication (CANopen). Analog versions connect directly to Avioni ECU analog input channels.
