The Avioni CAN Bus Control System for garbage compactors integrates all body functions into a single networked architecture. The ECU communicates with the operator panel in the cab, the rear body unit and all sensors over CAN Bus, reducing wiring to a single cable between units.
Compaction cycles, container lifts and ejection counts are tracked and logged. Configurable thresholds trigger lubrication reminders, filter warnings and hydraulic shutdowns. Step occupancy detection prevents reverse manoeuvres and applies a re-engagement delay when the PTO is restarted. System alarms and fault locations are recorded and viewable on the 7" - IP66 and color display. All parameters are password protected.
