In-depth Analysis
Avioni LMI systems provide real-time load moment monitoring for knuckle boom cranes, telescopic mobile cranes and reach stackers. Hydraulic pressure transducers on the lifting cylinders measure the overturning moment continuously and compare it against calibrated load limits. When the threshold is reached, the system stops the crane and permits only load-reducing movements.
Each system ships as a ready-to-install kit including the ECU, IP66/67 display, operator panel, sensors and wiring harness. CANopen and J1939 CAN Bus outputs allow direct integration with existing vehicle networks. Compliant with EN 12999.
